The house is located in Charente between Jonzac and Cognac. Local shops are less than 3 km away (supermarket, bakery, etc.). You will have the opportunity to explore the region and its vineyards. At the crossroads of several remarkable sites, you can discover Bordeaux and its region (75 km), the Médoc, Saint Emilion, Royan and its beaches, Rochefort, and the Dordogne.
The Jonzac spa resort is less than 20 minutes away.
